- Representation of individuals and families in preparation and implementation of estate plans, including wills, trusts, partnerships and limited liability companies, intra-family sale transactions, tax planning, and the formation of private foundations.
- Representation of closely held businesses, special purpose entities, and other investment vehicles, including preparation of organizational documents, tax planning, structuring and negotiating sales to private equity firms and other buyers, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, employment agreements, shareholder agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Representation of real estate investors in connection with the acquisition, divestiture or development of real estate.
