Jacob is a shareholder with Wiener, Weiss & Madison. He joined the firm in 2025 and his practice is focused primarily on transactional matters, including Corporate, Partnership, S-Corporation, Trust and Non-Profit planning areas, with an emphasis on federal and state taxation. In his practice, Jacob advises clients on various business and tax issues and assists with the preparation and implementation of complex estate plans under Louisiana and Texas law. In addition to his primary transactional practice, Jacob has significant experience representing clients in Louisiana probate proceedings, as well as advising clients with respect to myriad entity, fiduciary, and real estate issues. Jacob is a Board Certified Tax Law Specialist and a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
